UVU Field Station in Capitol Reef National Park

A conference designed for educators to weave nature into classroom curriculum.
This conference is a four-day, three-night teacher experience seminar to help participants bring nature to the classroom. Hosted by Utah Valley University faculty, outdoor recreation students, and conference alumni, this experience is open to K-12 educators in and around Utah Valley. Space is limited to 16 teachers due to field station capacity. This overnight workshop may also count as two continuing education units. There is a nominal fee of $250 per participant that covers food, transportation, lodging, required texts, and a NTTC T-shirt.
